Top Gun: Maverick and Mission Impossible 7 have been delayed by Paramount Pictures despite the fact that theaters are showing that, with big releases, they are capable of attracting the attention of viewers. And it is that although Godzilla vs. Kong has raised more than 350 million dollars worldwide in just under 3 weeks, it does not seem that the main producers are convinced by these results and many have decided to cancel the planned premieres to give them a later date.
G.I. Joe: Snake Eyes, the long-awaited spin-off that, Snake Eyes: G.I. Joe Origins movie in turn, will mean the jump of the Spanish Úrsula Corberó to Hollywood, will arrive on July 23, 2021 when it was originally going to premiere in the autumn of this year. It is one of the few advances we are seeing in the film industry, and perhaps it becomes the exception that proves the rule: Paramount Pictures will test with this action production if it can keep the dates of Top Gun: Maverick and Mission Impossible 7, or if you have to delay them even more.
This spin-off will focus on the figure of Snake Eyes, and will be a new attempt to revive the Paramount Pictures and Hasbro franchise after the first two installments did not succeed as they expected at first. As we say, for the Spanish there will be one more compelling reason to see the film: G.I. Joe: Snake Eyes will mark Úrsula Corberó’s debut in Hollywood after making herself known in the hit La casa de papel.
